DESCRIPTION:The Governmental Affairs Council is responsible for providing political advocacy and information to the organization's membership. Any Chamber member in good standing is welcome to participate in this Council\n\n\n\nWeekly Video Conference Call During State Legislative Session:  While our State Legislature is in session\, our Governmental Affairs Committee hosts a video conference call with our state representative.  These calls are on Thursday mornings at 8:00 a.m. at the Chamber.  During these calls\, members are updated on bills of interest as well as events that are taking place at the capitol.  All members are welcome to attend these meetings.
