DESCRIPTION:Leadership Norfolk\, presented by the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce and Northeast Community College\, is taking applications for the 2012-2013 year.  \n\n	 \n\n	We encourage you to consider this personal enrichment class.  Over the past couple years\, the program has been revamped to really focus on the Norfolk area.  Each year\, with direction from the Leadership Norfolk Alumni\, the class gains a stronger in-class focus on discussion\, application\, and action.\n\n	 \n\n	    Leadership Info -&- Leadership Application\n\n	\n\n	       \nLeadership Norfolk meets once each month in a full-day session from October through June.
