DESCRIPTION:"Nebraska Rocks the Memphis Beat" is the theme of this year's NEBRASKA ROCKS\,the 17th annual Celebration of Norfolk and Nebraska musicians and fans. This year's show includes "Nebraska Music Hall of Fame" induction for 60's rockers\, The Sons of Satan (would you believe these boys were Wayne Blue Devils?..)also Omaha transplant and Nashville super guitarist Phil Valdez (Tracy Byrd Band). Headliners for the show are The Smoke Ring (soul music)Memphis and Nashville legend Dickey Lee\,Jim Casey and his Lightnin' Band\,Sun Record's Jerry Phillips\,The Scott Schram Band\, and Columbus/Nashville singer\, Virgil Balmer.  Kicking off the music at 4 PM will be the Strollers and the Dynamic Drifters\,at 4 PM\, featuring 50's and 60's rock & roll.
