She is a Certified Economic Developer\, past President of the Nebraska Economic Developers Association\, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Nebraska at Kearney. Mary received her facilitator certification from ODI in 1996.  She enjoys the strategic planning process and watching communities\, boards\, and various organization achieve great things.  Her office is in Norfolk but she covers a territory of Northeast and North Central\, Nebraska.   \n\n \n\nMary Kwapnioski has been employed with Nebraska Public Power District for 34   years. She is the Economic Development Support Specialist in the Columbus NE. She is a graduate of Heartland Economic Development Course\, Economic Development Institute (EDI) and a member of Nebraska Economic Developers Association (NEDA)
