DESCRIPTION:The Norfolk Housing Development Corporation is currently applying for HOME ARP funding of $1 million to support a housing project aimed at assisting homeless individuals\, those at risk of homelessness\, or victims of domestic violence.\n\n			 \n\n			To provide transparency and gather community input\, a public hearing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday\, April 17th at 5:30 p.m. in the Norfolk City Council Chambers. The purpose of this hearing is to present the proposed project for review. If the HOME ARP funding is secured\, construction is projected to commence in the spring of 2025.\n\n			 \n\n			If you have any questions\, please contact the Housing Agency at 402-844-2080.
