Job Description
Are you experienced with the operations of a manufacturing environment? We are hiring an Admin/Office Manager! Primary responsibilities will be maintaining yard control, inbound and outbound trucks, inventory and work order control, customer service, and being the point of contact. Preferred candidates will have experience working in a manufacturing office setting, 3-5 years experience in general/cost accounting and knowledge of computer software, business systems and their applications. You will also be evaluating, reconciling existing inventory, product flow, developing process improvements to sustain timely and accurate information flow. This candidate must be a quick-learner, multi task, organized and have a great attendance record.
