Through coordinated care and support for our clients and their families, Promedcare enables individuals to remain in the safety of their home for as long as possible. Because we understand that everyone deserves to live a full and independent life, we offer a wide range of care services customized for an individual client. We have a team of qualified and caring staff to help you with in-home personal care services. Whether for just a few hours a week, or more extensive care, we work closely with you family to create a program that provides a perfect balance of service and value.

- A Personal Care Coordinator designs an individualized In-Home Visit based on your physical, social, & safety needs.
- Our team selects a Caregiver and Care Plan whose skills and personality best fit you and your family?s needs.
- The Service Implementation can begin within a few days of initial assessment with a good caregiver-client match.
- Personal Care Coordinator visits on a regular basis ensuring Consistent Follow Up with care plan and client satisfaction
