Fourth with Dynamite Duo and the Sparklers

You're invited to celebrate the Fourth with Dynamite Duo and The Sparklers! The free-admission concerts will take place Saturday, July 3, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, July 4, at 4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 104 S. 10th Street in Norfolk. The church is air-conditioned and handicapped- accessible. The doors open one hour prior to performance times.

The concerts will feature patriotic, Broadway, sacred,and golden oldies music performed by local musicians on pipe organ, grand piano, band and stringed instruments. Other highlights include accordion, harp and vocal solos, dance and flag exhibitions, costumed characters, dramatic readings, sing-along numbers, youth performers and a magnificently decorated church sanctuary. The concert is free, and all are welcome.

Dynamite Duo and The Sparklers is a community-service group comprised of performers of all ages from Northeast Nebraska. All members of the group perform on a volunteer basis. For more information contact Carla Post, concert manager at 402-916-9118 or carlasue97@yahoo.com.

How to Post on the Events Calendar

As a Chamber member, you have the opportunity to promote your business’ events, meetings, and workshops on our Events Calendar. Being active in your community by hosting public events, is a great way to help market your business, and the Chamber is happy to assist you with this effort.

Submitting to the Events Calendar is easy, and completely FREE for all Chamber members! There are two options for Chamber businesses to use when posting events on our Events Calendar.

• Member Information Center (MIC)

We encourage our members to use the Member Information Center as a way to independently post events, meetings, or workshops. Through your account information given to you by the Chamber, you are able to log into this system and post directly to our Events Calendar yourself! You can also use the MIC to access more exclusive Chamber member resources. To learn more about the MIC, or to get your account information, please contact ktichota@norfolkareachamber.com at the Chamber.

• Contact the Chamber

The other option you can use when posting events, is to simply email the event details to the Chamber. The information you provide to us about your event will be used when posting onto the calendar. If you would like more control over the information given or details provided, we encourage you to try posting your event to the Member Information Center, as previously explained.
