Knee Pain Workshop
ATTENTION KNEE PAIN SUFFERERS: Learn the 4 main causes of knee pain & what to expect with a total knee replacement This workshop is for you if… • Walking has become excruciating • It’s hard to go up and down stairs • You just can’t stand for any length of time anymore • You’re missing out on spending quality family time with your spouse, children, and grandchildren • You’ve given up a hobby… golf, bowling, tennis, shopping, or just going out for dinner If you answered YES to any of the above questions (or have a stubborn spouse who is in denial), the Knee Pain Workshop may be a life changing event for you... "Before physical therapy, I wasn’t able to do my chores without my knee brace on. Now with the physical therapy, I am able to do extensive walking and carry a load of grain. I was shocked that when I got home, I didn’t have my brace on. The experience has helped me with my pain, and I have more strength now that before." Daniel B. Problems with knee pain can completely ruin your life... I've seen it many times. It can make you change how you walk and even how you sleep... It can take your focus away on enjoying your life... like spending time with your children or grandchildren... It can mess up your work or force you to do a job you don't want to do... It can ruin your travel plans... And it can take away your ability to live life... having to rely on others... or to wait for you to sit down for a minute. And less movement and less enjoyment of life can lead to depression, increased stress and a sedentary lifestyle (mostly sitting... not moving much) which leads to bigger health problems... and life problems. Here at Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy, we've helped hundreds of people from right here in Norfolk... and the surrounding Madison & Stanton counties... who have suffered needlessly with knee pain... it's our specialty. So by request, I'm hosting a Knee Pain Workshop here at Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy at 710 S. 13th Street, Norfolk, Nebraska from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. If you are confused about what to do and are looking for answers, here's some of what you'll learn: • The Single Biggest #1 Mistake knee pain sufferers make which actually stops them from healing... • The 3 Most Common Causes of Knee Pain... • What to expect with a Total Knee Replacement… • What successful treatment and permanent relief looks like without side effects of medications, injections, or surgery.
