Norfolk Community Christmas Celebration & Parade of Lights

While Norfolk has a number of events throughout the year, the Norfolk Community Christmas Celebration is truly the focal point of the entire year for many of us. It captures the spirit of our community like no other event. In addition to the well- known parade of lights and tree lighting ceremony, this year?s Celebration will include a variety of winter-themed activities and contests for children and adults. Bring the kids to see Santa and the spectacular community Christmas tree, enter a float in the parade, or warm up at the chili feed. We are looking forward to celebrating the most wonderful time of the year and we hope you will join us in this community-wide event of holiday spirit!

How to Post on the Events Calendar

As a Chamber member, you have the opportunity to promote your business’ events, meetings, and workshops on our Events Calendar. Being active in your community by hosting public events, is a great way to help market your business, and the Chamber is happy to assist you with this effort.

Submitting to the Events Calendar is easy, and completely FREE for all Chamber members! There are two options for Chamber businesses to use when posting events on our Events Calendar.

• Member Information Center (MIC)

We encourage our members to use the Member Information Center as a way to independently post events, meetings, or workshops. Through your account information given to you by the Chamber, you are able to log into this system and post directly to our Events Calendar yourself! You can also use the MIC to access more exclusive Chamber member resources. To learn more about the MIC, or to get your account information, please contact ktichota@norfolkareachamber.com at the Chamber.

• Contact the Chamber

The other option you can use when posting events, is to simply email the event details to the Chamber. The information you provide to us about your event will be used when posting onto the calendar. If you would like more control over the information given or details provided, we encourage you to try posting your event to the Member Information Center, as previously explained.
