Westbound Lanes on Norfolk Ave from 2nd Street to 3rd Street to Close for One Day
Due to the installation of water and sewer service lines, westbound traffic on Norfolk Avenue from 2nd Street to 3rd Street will be closed all day on May 4, 2020. Concrete paving will replace the removed street section after underground services are installed.
