1 & 6 Yr Street Improvement Open House
An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at the Norfolk Public Library, 308 Prospect Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. to gather community input on the City of Norfolk One & Six Year Street Improvements Plan. City staff will be available to answer questions.
Ground Breaking Ceremony - Phillip Street Apts
You are invited to our upcoming Groundbreaking event for the Phillip Avenue Apartments on Monday, August 28th at 10:00 a.m., 414 West Phillip Avenue, Norfolk. There will be a reception immediately following the event at Intersect, 509 West Norfolk Avenue. Please join us in celebrating this project in partnership with Wayne State College, Growing Together and Kelby Herman.

How to Post on the Events Calendar
As a Chamber member, you have the opportunity to promote your business’ events, meetings, and workshops on our Events Calendar. Being active in your community by hosting public events, is a great way to help market your business, and the Chamber is happy to assist you with this effort.
Submitting to the Events Calendar is easy, and completely FREE for all Chamber members! There are two options for Chamber businesses to use when posting events on our Events Calendar.

Member Information Center (MIC)
We encourage our members to use the Member Information Center as a way to independently post events, meetings, or workshops. Through your account information given to you by the Chamber, you are able to log into this system and post directly to our Events Calendar yourself! You can also use the MIC to access more exclusive Chamber member resources. To learn more about the MIC, or to get your account information, please contact ktichota@norfolkareachamber.com at the Chamber.

Contact the Chamber
The other option you can use when posting events, is to simply email the event details to the Chamber. The information you provide to us about your event will be used when posting onto the calendar. If you would like more control over the information given or details provided, we encourage you to try posting your event to the Member Information Center, as previously explained.
