ITM / Call Center Specialist at BankFirst in Norfolk

BankFirst is seeking an outgoing, service oriented professional to fulfill the full-time role of ITM / Call Center Specialist in our Norfolk location. Successful candidate will possess good communication and math skills, be accurate, work well under pressure and be well organized. The individual will be responsible for conducting teller transactions through the Integrated Teller Machines (ITM) and providing customer service duties over the phone.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer Service or Call Center experience
